I’m Emma and I am passionate about the positive effect exercise has on our wellbeing from both a physical and mental perspective. As a working mum of two, I fully understand the different pressures daily life can have on our ability to look after and prioritise our health.
My aim is to help you find a sustainable exercise program, one that becomes a natural part of your day-to-day life, enabling you to smash your initial goals and then continue to maintain or work towards new ones. Whether you want to achieve weight loss and body re-composition, get stronger or simply improve your health, I can help.
I work from my private, fully equipped fitness studio at my home in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire providing in person 1-1 and 2-1 sessions on site, as well as online options. I also teach group fitness classes aimed at mums post pregnancy in the local area.
My mix of qualifications - pre-and post-natal specialist, menopause specialist, certified nutritional coach and corrective exercise specialist - alongside my years of experience, allow me to tailor a structured program which is unique for you.

1-2-1 personal training

Pre-natal personal training Allowing you to continue to train safely throughout your pregnancy and maintain your fitness. We adapt your program in each trimester and prepare you for birth and beyond.
Post-natal training In these sessions we get you back to peak strength post birth, working on your core and pelvic floor, and achieve your post birth fitness goals.

Corrective exercise personal training
Post any injury physiotherapy or if you have a long term ‘niggle’ or muscle issue, these sessions will help you to get back to peak fitness levels without the worry of re-injury. I work with you to strengthen and activate any weak muscles and iron out any body imbalances caused by your injury.

My current classes are specifically tailored towards women. For those looking to improve their fitness and strength post birth and also just looking to get leaner and fitter in general. You will rebuild your core and pelvic floor through cardio and strength and toning exercises.
All of my classes allow you to bring babies and young children with you, so no need for childcare.
Classes are also a great way to meet other new mums as well as having an hour focussing on yourself.

I currently offer 2 classes a week during school term time.

Personal Training is just as the title says - personal. Sessions are tailored to your needs and preferences. This can mean that sessions are strength based, cardio based or a mix of both, all planned to meet your personal goals.
No, I provide all necessary equipment for sessions.

Yes, sessions are possible as solo or pair training.

You can attend class from GP sign off post birth - at around 10 weeks postnatal. Everyone is different though and classes are suitable whether you are 10 weeks or 10 months postnatal and beyond.
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels with adaptations so that everyone gets the workout they need.
Everyone in class is a mum too, and babies and toddlers as we know are unpredictable. Classes are paced so that if you miss any sections as you are comforting or feeding your child you will still get a good workout. Plus I am on hand for cuddles if needed!
